Despite a possible Alonso scam, McLaren dominates F1 qualifying for the 2007 Hungarian GP. The FIA will investigate the incident. Team boss Ron Dennis has been called by the stewards and all radio communications regarding the stop will be reviewed. If penalized by removing his final time, Fernando Alonso would be moved back to 8th position.

Felippe Massa had problems with the Ferrari and failed to make the top ten while Kimi slugged his way to P4 behind Nick Heidfeld in the BMW Sauber.

Kimi Raikkonen wins his second race in a week, Lewis Hamilton lands his ninth podium in as many races, and Fernando Alonso is back in the hunt. Ferrari and McLaren battle on and off the track. Stepneygate is still an open wound for both teams, but the boys in red seem to have the upper hand in the matter.

Robert Kubica finishes fourth for the second race in a row showing he’s fully recovered from the intense crash in Montreal. What a great run for the Polish F1 driver in the BMW.

Fernando struggles to move forward, while Kubica has a great race in the BMW. France F1 in 2007 also saw the giant squid maneuver of Albers as he tears off the fuel hose with the Spyker.

This episode also contains a Lola CanAm car flashback as Brett shares the memory of the fiberglass bodywork being rebuilt at Lake Afton in an attempt to dethrone the great driver, Jack Hinkle.

Lewis Hamilton takes his second consecutive win as an F1 rookie. From the pole, for the second time in as many weeks, Lewis Hamilton wins on a track he’s never attended previously. Alonso has an off in a late race push for P1 while Felippe Massa out paces fastest lap setter Kimi Raikkonen ending in 3rd.

Ralf happens. Schumacher junior causes a first turn fiacso and takes out DC and Rubens. Meanwhile young guns Kovy and Seabass have great runs.

Probably the most bizarre race in the past several years, the Canadian GP in Montreal at Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve is one that is worth archiving. The race reported more safety cars than in the history of the race. A totally chaotic, nutty race.
